Mass Taxi, and Runup
Single Ship Take Offs as a Flight (10 second spacing between aircraft or as briefed)
Circle Springfield Beckley Airport and assemble into Diamonds, Vics, and Single Ship Trailers;
Depart for Wright Patterson AFB
Museum Fly By
Set Up for Landing (Fly to Initial Point, Break Mid-Field, take spacing on downwind, base and final
Single ship landing on the Museum Closed Runway (Open for Us), taxi to the Departure end and WAIT.
Gather up everyone at Departure End "thoat" and Mass Back Taxi to approach end.
Shut Down and Marshallers will tug aircraft into parking.
Taxiway from there to Parking is mainly broken asphalt and gravel
11:30-1:30 Slow and Steady Tow Evolution
Testing Your Patience will be the operative words at this point.
Anticipate a somewhat organized, slow and steady "tow evolution" to get all aircraft into position abeam the USAF Museum, tied down, and covered up.
All help appreciated!
Several members are bringing / driving additional V-Tow-Bars up with Family as "tow bar" quantity will be the limiting factor for this phase.
The USAF Museum staff has 1-2 tow bars total.

The Museum has offered some sun shades we can use for a pilot lounge
We many be able to use the Museum Conference Room for lunch (Air Conditioned) or outside by the planes under the sun shade.
Box Lunches from the Museum Cafe will be provided for all registered pilots and guests (included in your REG FEE).
Drinks, and Snacks will be available, all afternoon, at no charge for wrist-banded pilots and guests.
Bring some Sun Screen
Pilots and crew can sit by their aircraft and interact with the public, or tour the museum.

The National Museum of the Air Force is open until 5pm daily;
The National Museum of the Air Force is the largest USAF Museum in the world.
It houses a B-36, and XB70 as well as the freshly restored Memphis Belle B17.
I have requested a Friday pm guided tour for attendees of the museum (as well as Saturday am/pm tours)

Volunteers are needed that can bring the vans back from Springfield Beckley Airport to the USAF museum.
Several people have offered to drive the vans and they can shuttle folks back/forth to the Comfort Suites hotel during the day if you have had enough fun in the sun.

We will all take the vans to a no-host dinner at TJ CHUMPS in Huber Heights, offering an "off the menu" dining experience with individual checks.
After dinner vans will take attendees back to the Comfort Suites
